  3. ત્યાર બાદં ઊકળતા પાણી માં નાખી દેવું
  4. હવે ૧૦મીન રેવા દેવૂ પછી બધી લોલ ઉપર આવી જાય એટલે ગેસ બંધ કરી કાધી લેવુ ને પાણી રેવા દેવુ
  5. ગ્રેવી માટે હવે એક પેન લઈને તેમાં ધી નાખી પછી જીરુ નાખી તોડવા દેવું
  6. હવે એ ચડી જાય પછી એમાં લસણ ને આદુ નાખી ચેડાવી લેવુ હવે દહીં માં બધા મસાલા નાખી હલાવી લેવુ
  7. હવે ગ્રેવી માં દહીં ઉમેરી દેવુ ને હલાવ્યા કરવૂ પછી ગટા ઉમેરી તબડવા દેવું ૧૦મી‌પછી ગરમ ગરમ સર્વ કરવુ
