Instructions to make Irresistible Tostadas:
  1. Chop up the chicken πŸ— breast strips into small pieces. Also sliver some of the yellow onion.
  2. Place skillet on medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray generously.
  3. Dump in the chicken πŸ— , onion slivers, and can of black beans UNdrained.
  4. Let simmer until thoroughly hot.
  5. Meanwhile, in large bowl, dump all shredded lettuce
  6. Chop up tomato πŸ… s, yellow onion, and cilantro and add to lettuce. Add healthy amount of lime juice.
  7. When all is prepped and ready, pull out a plate, lay out tostada shell 🐚s, and later toppings on!
  8. My suggestion was to place a layer of salsa first, then meat πŸ– and beans, shredded cheese, lettuce mixture, salsa on top πŸ” . sour cream is always a great topper to add too if you like. Yummy πŸ˜‹!
