  2. Chop the shiso leaves into strips of 2-3 mm. Soak in water, then drain.
  3. Stir-fry the pork in a small amount of oil, then remove from the pan. Sauté the onion until translucent. Put the pork back in, turn the heat off, and mix in the shiso leaves. Dish it up.
  4. It's tasty as-is, but I also recommend that you try it with ponzu sauce.

They are easier to digest than other foods which helps bring up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, elevates your mood.

Green tea is actually good for your mood. You were sure it had to be included in this article, right? Green tea is found to be rich in an amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies have found that this specific amino acid can actually stimulate brain waves. This will improve your brain’s concentration while also relaxing the rest of your body. You likely already knew how easy it is to become healthy when you consume green tea. And now you know green tea can help raise your mood as well!
