  1. Take 2-3 large potatoes
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp corn starch

  7. Take 2 tsp bell peppers
  8. Get 2 tsp honey

  11. Make ready as required Oil
  12. Take 1 tsp Chopped spring onions
  13. Make ready 1 tsp cilantro
  14. Prepare 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  15. Get 2-3 red chillies
Instructions to make Honey glazed chilli potato:
  1. Cut potatoes to finger size. You can either do it after boiling or before boiling. I have made both versions. So giving one method here.
  2. After cutting the potatoes, add salt, corn starch, refined flour, pepper and chilli powder. Give a nice mix and deep fry in oil. Or you can bake in an oven at 180°c for 14 mins.
  3. Take a pan and add oil, add onion petals and bell pepper. Give a nice mix, then add red chillies, soya sauce, sweet chilli sauce, spring onions and 1 tbsp water and give a gentle mix. Now add potatoes and add honey. Saute for 2 mins. Add sesame seeds and serve hot.
  4. Method 2: Boil the potatoes 75% and after it's completely cooled down, add the flour mixture which I have mentioned above and sundry it for 5-6 hrs. Then fry in oil or bake in the oven. It's similar to french fries.
  5. Note: Both method taste will be similar. So you can try both. You have enough time then go for sundry as it consumes less oil.
