They help you feel full also which can really help to improve your mood. It’s easy to feel depressed when you are starving! These foods are easier to digest than others which helps jumpstart a rise in your blood sugar which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.

Studies prove that this particular amino acid can essentially induce brain waves. This will better your brain’s focus while simultaneously calming the rest of your body. You knew that green tea helps you feel better. And now you know it can help improve your mood as well!
