  3. Put garlic, coriander powder, cumin powder, dry red chilli, lemon juice, both salt, olive oil and grind it in grinder.

  6. Take Bajra powder add salt, curd and mix it nicely.
  7. Put Bajra mixture for 15 minutes.
  8. Now add Eno and put mixture immediately in idli stand.
  9. Then take cooker put 2 cup water then put idli stand.
  10. Remove rubber and whistle of cooker before steaming.
  11. Now steaming for 10 minutes.
  12. Then take out from cooker.
  13. After that take out idli from stand.
  14. Now served with Garlic Chutney.
