Steps to make Raw Papaya Kababs:
  1. Steps for preparing kebabs:-
  2. Take a bowl and put grated raw papaya in it.
  3. Now, add boiled and mashed sweet potato,salt, coriander powder,garam masala,cumin powder,chaat masala,coriander leaves, chopped chilli,oats flour and kasuri methi in the bowl.
  4. Mix all the spices well with papaya and sweet potato and make a soft dough.
  5. Now to make kebab divide the dough into equal parts and make small round patty shaped kebabs with the mix.
  6. Heat oil in grill pan over medium heat.
  7. Place 6-7 kebabs in hot grill pan and cook on medium to low heat until bottom of kebab turns golden and crisp.
  8. Flip all the kebabs gently with spatula,pour little oil in the corners of kebab if required and cook until bottom turns crisp and golden in colour.
  9. Remove the cooked kebabs in plate and same way prepare other kebabs.

  11. Combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic,dill, black pepper powder in a bowl and mix well
  12. Cover with cling wrap and keep in fridge for one hour.
  13. Peel and cut cucumber into small pieces.
  14. Take the yoghurt bowl out from the fridge,add chopped cucumber and mix well. - Dill tzatziki sauce is ready to serve.
