  1. 2 piyaz slice kar ky oil main gulabi krlain.
  2. Lal mirch dhania haldi salt ko 1/4 cup water main 5 min soak krain. Phir piyaz main add kar ky masala bhonain. Adrak lahsun paste bhi add krdain.
  3. Beef add krdain aur bhinain sonth powder bhi add krain. Jab rang change hojye tu 4 cup pani add krdain.medium flame py pkny dain gosht glny take.
  4. Saunf ko kapry ki potli main daal kar add krdain.gosht glny ky sath saunf ka flavour bhi add hota rahy ga.
  5. Agr zarorat ho tu aur pani add krky gosht glla lain. Jab gosht gall jye tu atta pani main ghool lain aur add krain.spoon stir krty rahain lumps nahi bny chahy
  6. Atta ghul jye tu 2.cup water add kar dain.cover kar ky pkny dain. Atta achi tarha pkna chahy tky atty ka kacha pan door hojye aur lais bhi eye
  7. Bhagar ky lye slice piyaz ko oil main golden brown krlain. Iski pic lena yaad nahi raha.
  8. Jab nihari thick hojye tu jaifal jawitri powder aur garam masala powder add krdain.saunf ki potli nikal dain aur achi tarha squeeze krlain jo pani nikly wo bhi nihari main add krdain.
  9. Bhagar krain.haradhania harimirchain lemon adrak ky sath garnish krain. Na ky sath serve krain.
