  1. SPICY SAUCE
  2. in pan with oil saute spicy sauce ( sambal ) then add onion and red chili pepper for half a minute
  3. add light soy sauce and sugar and mix well for another half a minute
  4. BANANA WRAP
  5. with banana leaf on aluminium foil put calamari and grated carrot
  6. top cooked spicy sauce then top coconut milk
  7. wrap up and bake at 220 C for 20 minute
  8. serve top garnish
